Music entrainment is a great way to energize or quiet our bodies to achieve wellness. Whether your goal is to get your heart rate up during exercise, calm your little one to sleep, or bring your mood up when you are feeling down, we will help you explore ways to create a playlist specifically individualized to your goal. (This workshop will be repeated on July 21, 2018)
